# World Industries Network (WIN)

> WIN is a B2B platform that connects companies for social networking, commerce, and team collaboration. One person can manage up to 10 companies, each with its own identity, storefront, team, and payment account.

## What WIN offers

WIN combines four things most platforms split apart:

1. A professional social feed for companies and their employees
2. A B2B marketplace called 0asis where companies sell products and post offers/requests
3. Private chat between users and companies
4. Team management with roles, permissions, and organizational hierarchy

## 0asis — the B2B marketplace

0asis is the storefront each company automatically gets on WIN. It hosts:
- Products (physical or digital) with pricing, inventory, shipping, and tax
- Supply & Demand posts — public "I'm looking for X" / "I'm offering Y" announcements
- Reviews from verified buyers
- Secure checkout with a 3.2% + $0.30 platform fee on (subtotal + shipping), card processing included
- Selling requires an active paid membership; listings stay visible without one, but checkout is closed

Each company has its own connected payment account. The buyer's card is charged on the WIN platform account, and each seller's share is transferred to their connected account once the payment confirms. A cart spanning several sellers splits into one order per seller. Stock is deducted on webhook confirmation to prevent race conditions.

### Finding products + companies (server-rendered, crawlable)

To browse or look up products, use any of these. All return data readable WITHOUT executing JavaScript:

  Carries the company name, sector, store rating, and its product list as a `<noscript>` HTML block and as schema.org OnlineStore + ItemList JSON-LD.

## Team organization

Every company on WIN can build out its team:
- Owner: full control over the company and its 0asis
- Employees: invited by email, assigned roles and granular permissions
- Permissions are per-capability: edit listings, post on behalf of the company, manage payments, reply to chat, manage other team members
- Companies can map their org chart with departments, positions, and reporting lines
- Employee sessions are revoked automatically on role change or removal

## Social feed

A ranked feed mixing posts from the companies a user follows, their connections, and content from their sector. Supports threads, media (images, videos with thumbnails), polls, events, hashtags, mentions, and link previews.

## Chat

Private 1-to-1 and company-to-company chat over Server-Sent Events (SSE). Messages are encrypted at rest. Users can share products or posts directly in chat.

## Stack

Modern web application built with TypeScript and React. Backed by a production-grade SQL database with horizontal read scaling. Media assets served via a global CDN. On-chain presale functionality on Solana.
